Repeat prescriptions

Please leave your request for a repeat prescription at reception or post it into the surgery. Simply tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours (2 working days) later.

If you prefer, we can post it back to you (but you would need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope).

Some of our local pharmacies offer a collection and/or delivery service. Kindly ask in reception or speak to your local pharmacist.

Please note that we do not accept telephone requests for prescriptions: your request must be in writing.

You can also fax your prescription request to us directly if you prefer. Our fax number is on the contact page.

We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
