Appointments

consultation_6All consultations at our Practice are by appointment only. To make an appointment to see a Doctor or Nurse, please contact the Surgery by telephone or in person during opening hours, (see below for times). The Receptionist will offer you the earliest possible appointment.

If you need an urgent appointment, please let the Receptionist know when first contacting them and give full details of your problem. This allows us to prioritise urgent problems or to suggest other alternatives if more appropriate.You are free to request a routine appointment with the clinician of your choice.

Consultation is also available for 16 years or over on request if the patient has not had a consultation or attended clinic within 3 years. Consultation is available to patients aged 75 or over on request if they have not had a consultation within the last year.

Patients have the responsibility of keeping appointments and informing the surgery of any cancellations within one working day.
